One
by one we’ve seen young people blindly
taken in and welcomed by arms of fear, frustration,
and fantasy. These hearts have been solely
overtaken with feelings of hopelessness and despair,
dampening
every inch of excitement and expectation for
the days to come.
The Youth Ministry has been actively involved in
the Nutley area for the many years. Originally founded
by Peter Bruno Jr., the youth ministry has grown
immensely and stretched past the traditional boundaries
of a church youth group. Now under the direction
of Efrain Mercado, the youth ministry of NALWC
has branched off into numerous sub-ministries that
focus on the importance and depth of knowing the
Lord. The Youth Ministry is dedicated to bring a
new life of peace, purpose, and purity. Through the
Word of God and various forms of arts (song, dance,
mime, and drama), Soul Purpose will indeed train
up a generation to advance the Kingdom of God. Our
vision is to reveal to young people everywhere the
joy, fun, and scope of serving the Lord Jesus Christ,
not only in life, but in the ministry as well.
